As President and CEO of Tax Hotline Co., Carmen J. Tiritilli has been marketing consumer and small business related programs to the financial industry for the past 20 years. Formerly Vice President for The Signature Group, Mr. Tiritilli was responsible for managing the marketing of The Legal Services Plan of America; a $60 million dollar a year revenue generator. Mr. Tiritilli also has 13 years of marketing and senior business management experience with Electronic Arts and the A.C. Nielsen Company.
Legal Club of America®, founded in 1994, is a nationwide discount legal referral service. Legal Club has a network of thousands of plan attorneys in all 50 states that have contracted to provide its members with free and discounted legal care. For over 13 years Legal Club has partnered with numerous insurance carriers, consulting houses, brokers, and independent agents to offer Legal Club's plans to employees of large corporations, hospital districts, school systems, labor unions, local and state governments.
Brett Merl
Mr. Merl, CEO, Legal Club of America® has been marketing insurance and non-insurance related products to employer groups since 1987. Over the last 20 years Mr. Merl has established Legal Club as one of the most respected and widely utilized legal referral services in the country.
In January of 2005, Mr. Merl launched Saturday Holdings, Inc. (SHI) with the expressed purpose of marketing legal and other professional services directly to consumers and small to mid size businesses.
Mr. Tiritilli and Mr. Merl formalized a business relationship in 2005 through which they have combined their expertise, contacts and years of experience to market theirs and other's professional services under the Saturday Holdings umbrella. Over the last three and a half years the two have secured several significant relationships with large financial institutions, and Merchant Acquirers, who contract with SHI to offer customized benefit plans to their respective client bases.
